Bitget, a cryptocurrency exchange, has announced its decision to exit the Japanese market. According to reporting from CoinTelegraph, the exchange has stopped accepting new registrations from Japan residents. Additionally, Bitget will begin progressively restricting existing accounts on November 1.
The exchange plans to close all remaining positions after December 31, marking a complete withdrawal from the Japanese market. This move is part of a broader effort by the company to comply with regulatory requirements and adjust its global operations.
