Goldman Sachs has announced its plan to acquire NEOS, an exchange-traded fund (ETF) manager, in a deal worth $2.25 billion, according to reporting from CoinTelegraph.
The acquisition would add NEOS' $30 billion ETF business to Goldman Sachs Asset Management, expanding its offerings to include Bitcoin- and Ether-linked income funds.
This deal highlights the growing interest of traditional financial institutions in the cryptocurrency space and the demand for ETF products linked to digital assets.
